AFC Wimbledon boss Terry Brown can pick from a near full-strength squad for their first FA Cup first-round tie, six years after their formation.
Midfielder Lewis Taylor was the only player to miss training on Thursday because of injury.
Wycombe manager Peter Taylor will be without on-loan duo Simon Church and Franck Moussa.
Neither has been given permission by their parent clubs, Reading and Southend, to become cup-tied.
Wycombe manager Peter Taylor told BBC Three Counties Radio:
"We know this is a difficult game, we know there is a chance of a Cup shock if we don't perform.
"It's up to us to make sure we have a spot-on attitude and that we play better than the opposition.
"It's a very interesting FA Cup game and the FA Cup is always an exciting competition to be in and I am delighted for Wimbledon.
